When will I receive my order?

Orders ship Monday-Friday, please allow 4-6 weeks for in-stock shipment items to be fulfilled. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and selected shipping method.

When will I receive a product if it's on back order?

If the MWR Life store is out of an item please allow 5-7 weeks for the backordered item to be shipped to you. You will receive an e-mail notification upon shipment. 

Can products be shipped to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, depending on shipping method.

What is the policy and process for returns?

We do not accept returns unless an item has arrived damaged via shipping. If an item has arrived damaged please take a photo of the box or envelope it was shipped in and send it to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving item. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I place my order over telephone?

Not at this time. You may place all orders online, however, if you do have a question while placing your order online customer service is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET by emailing [email protected]

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with an order confirmation number. Using that number you will be able to track your order.

Can I cancel my order?

The shipping process begins immediately upon finalization of your order therefore it is not possible to cancel your order.

How do I redeem a Coupon Code?

After applying items to your shopping cart, on the shopping cart page in “Coupon Code” box, enter the coupon code.

What is the currency price of online items?

All prices are in U.S. dollars only and all purchases made through our store will be in US Dollar only. Please contact your credit card company for current exchange rates.
